Boot Swap Policy

We have an unlimited boot swap policy, which means you have unlimited days (within your membership) after receiving your item to make a swap.

To start a swap, you'll need to:

  • clean the boots
  • select a different pair under the “Membership Boots” section
  • post the boots back to us at BootMove, 4 Marsh Close, Bristol BS36 1HY
  • once we've received proof of postage, we'll get your next pair sent out to you ASAP so aren't waiting longer than necessary.

We'll please need to see proof of postage before we can send you the swapped pair.    Please post the boots to us using the most cost-effective method to assist you in saving money.

If your boots don't fit when you first receive them, you can follow the swap policy and we'll get them replaced.

The boots we send you are pre-owned and pre-loved. We do this to be kind to the environment and lower our carbon footprint. We promise all used boots are in good condition, and some may have only been worn once, while others a bit more. When a pair of boots can't be worn anymore, we'll find a new use for them or recycle them completely. We make sure no boots end up in a landfill.You can always contact us for any swap related questions as mentioned above. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
